CONSERVATORY ROOF REPLACEMENT

Most people find that traditional conservatories (those with glass panes or thin sheets of polycarbonate conservatory roofs) are too hot in summer and cold in the winter. There types of roofs are not insulated and consequently not energy efficient.

Replacing your roof for a fully insulated option can not only save energy, but it can also transform its appearance and provide additional living space all year round.

It is important to note a Building Regulation Application will be needed if a solid roof replacement is required, i.e., replacing a glass or translucent roof.  Planning permission is not normally required as this is normally obtained prior to the original conservatory being built.
